- To secure your reservation, a non-refundable down payment of 30% is required, with exceptions made for unforeseen circumstances. 

- Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the trip. 

- Passengers must arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes prior to departure. 

- Children of all ages are welcome but must be supervised throughout the trip. 

- Although beverages and snacks are provided, feel free to bring your own. If you're bringing beer, cans are preferred.

- Personal belongings are allowed, but we advise caution, especially with valuables like cell phones. Ocean Waves Sailing is not liable for any loss or damage. 

- It is strictly prohibited to dispose of any items into the ocean. 

- Misconduct or violence towards passengers or crew will result in immediate cessation of the trip. 

- Payments can only be made via bank wire transfer, cash, or by debit or credit card at the pier.
